Ordering
  • *  Fill out the ORDER FORM as soon as you have decided what shoes to order.
  • *  We process your orders 1-2 business days.
  • *  An invoice will then be emailed to you. Follow the links provided in the invoice to pay for your orders.
  • *  As soon as your payment has been confirmed, we send your package for shipment.
  • *  Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Shipping & Delivery
  • * For Philippine residents, orders will be sent through courier and will arrive to you 1-2 days.
  • * For customers abroad, orders usually arrive 10-15 days after shipment.
  • * Buyer shoulders shipping and handling fees.
  • * Shipping rates posted in this website are from the Philippine Post Office and from the courier
  •    we are using.
Payment Methods
  • * You can pay through your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.  
  •    Note: PayPal charges 4.4% + Php15 for international transactions and 3.9% + Php15 for domestic transactions. 
  • * We also accept payments through bank transfer.
Return & Exchange Policy
  • *  Items that are returned must be in good condition with their original packaging.
  • *  Items must be returned within 7 days (from the Philippines) and 15 days (from anywhere in the world) 
  •     from date the package was received.
  • *  Returns/Exchanges are processed 5-7 days upon receipt of package.
  • *  All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • *  Buyer shoulders shipping and handling fees.
  • *  We will inspect return/exchange items and reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange
  •     if the items returned have been used and/or washed.
  • *  Refunds will be issued back to original form of payment.
  • *  Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • *  Please check addresses thoroughly before mailing. Oh, Love Co. is not responsible for lost packages.
  • *  By purchasing products here, you agree to our terms and conditions.
How to make a Return/Exchange
  • *  Email us at ohloveco@gmail.com with the subject heading RETURN REQUEST. 
  •     We will email you back where to send the package.
  • *  Take note of the tracking number (if available) when you mail back the package.
  • *  We will email you again to update the status of your order.
