Ordering
- * Fill out the ORDER FORM as soon as you have decided what shoes to order.
- * We process your orders 1-2 business days.
- * An invoice will then be emailed to you. Follow the links provided in the invoice to pay for your orders.
- * As soon as your payment has been confirmed, we send your package for shipment.
- * Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- * For Philippine residents, orders will be sent through courier and will arrive to you 1-2 days.
- * For customers abroad, orders usually arrive 10-15 days after shipment.
- * Buyer shoulders shipping and handling fees.
- * Shipping rates posted in this website are from the Philippine Post Office and from the courier
- we are using.
- * You can pay through your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.
- Note: PayPal charges 4.4% + Php15 for international transactions and 3.9% + Php15 for domestic transactions.
- * We also accept payments through bank transfer.
- * Items that are returned must be in good condition with their original packaging.
- * Items must be returned within 7 days (from the Philippines) and 15 days (from anywhere in the world)
- from date the package was received.
- * Returns/Exchanges are processed 5-7 days upon receipt of package.
- * All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- * Buyer shoulders shipping and handling fees.
- * We will inspect return/exchange items and reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange
- if the items returned have been used and/or washed.
- * Refunds will be issued back to original form of payment.
- * Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- * Please check addresses thoroughly before mailing. Oh, Love Co. is not responsible for lost packages.

- We will email you back where to send the package.
